Shipping Policy – Care Me

 

1. General Information

At Care Me, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience with fast and reliable shipping. We offer two types of product shipping:

  • Stock Products – Delivered within 2-5 days
  • Pre-Order Products – Delivered within 10-15 days

Delivery time depends on your location, product availability, and order processing time.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping across Bangladesh. Our delivery services ensure quick and secure shipment to all major cities, towns, and remote areas.


3. Shipping Timeframes

Stock Products

  • Dhaka City: 2-3 days
  • Other Cities: 3-5 days

Pre-Order Products

  • Nationwide: 10-15 days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, natural calamities, or unavoidable circumstances.


4. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders are not processed on Fridays & public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS for real-time updates.


5. Shipping Fees

We strive to offer affordable shipping rates:

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120

For bulk or oversized items, additional shipping charges may apply. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: Occasionally, we offer free shipping on promotional campaigns or for orders above a certain amount.


6. Courier Partners

We work with trusted third-party courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. The specific courier partner depends on the delivery location and product type.


7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Our delivery team will make two delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable:

  1. The courier will call to reschedule.
  2. If undelivered after two attempts, the order may be canceled, and a refund (if applicable) will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

For prepaid orders, we will hold your package for 3 days and attempt redelivery before canceling the order.


8. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the tracking number provided via SMS

If you need assistance with tracking, please contact our Customer Support Team.


9. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we ensure timely delivery, delays can happen due to:

  • Unexpected demand
  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to support@caremebd.com with your order ID.

In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will initiate an investigation and either:

  • Re-send the order, or
  • Issue a full refund (if the order cannot be delivered).

10. Address Changes & Modifications

Customers can request a change in shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

Once an order is dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address.


11. International Shipping

Currently, Care Me ships only within Bangladesh. International shipping is not available at this time.
